Akia Avesto Automotive Industry represents Tajikistan at bus and coach exhibition in Kazakhstan
Tajik-Turkish Joint Venture Akia Avesto Automotive Industry represented Tajikistan at international bus and coach exhibition, dubbed BUSWORLD Central Asia 2019, which took place in Almaty, the major commercial and cultural center of Kazakhstan, on June 25-27. 
According to Akia Avesto Automotive Industry, many world’s leading companies participated in BUSWORLD Central Asia 2019 exhibition.  
Recall, President Emomali Rahmon officially inaugurated the bus-assembling plant, Akia Avesto, on March 19 this year, though it has already operated since February last year.   
The AKIA AVESTO plant  that was built in Dushanbe’s Gulbuta area operates on the basis of a cooperation agreement signed between the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) “Nasbi Naqliyoti Barqi va Ducharkha” (Tajikistan) and Turkey’s Akia Company.
All necessary technologies and equipment for implementation of this project have been delivered to the country from Turkey by Avesto Group LLC.
The plant reportedly has an annual capacity of 250-300 vehicles.
Akia is one of the preferred auto-bus brands in Turkey and Europe with its large product range.  Akia’s production facilities in Kestel Organized Industrial Zone have an annual production capacity of 600 vehicles.  Akia produces LF9-LF11-LF12 models in Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards with Diesel, CNG and Electrical options.
The oldest and the most famous bus and coach exhibition, BUSWORLD, launched a new show in Central Asia.  BUSWORLD Central Asia 2019 was held in Almaty on Atakent Expo.  The event was intended to become the main industry event for professionals and experts, specialists and entrepreneurs in the bus and coach industry.
BUSWORLD started in 1971 and was held every two years in Kortrijk (Belgium) until 2017.  From 2019, BUSWORLD be organized in Brussels, the capital of Europe.  This eyar, BUSWORLD celebrates its 25th edition.  With almost 50 years of experience, it is the oldest and most famous bus and coach exhibition.  In 2001, BUSWORLD International went worldwide and it now has seven sister exhibitions covering all continents.
