Citizens of foreign states who do not have grounds for further stay on the territory of the Russian Federation are required to leave it before October 12, 2022 or formally regulate their legal status, Russian media report.
In particular, the head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region Valery Gorelykh informed the journalists about this.
According to him, this is required to be done in pursuance of the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2021 No. 364 and the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 20, 2022 No. 1253-r.
According to him, the internal affairs bodies will exercise control over the timely departure from the country of foreign citizens who have not extended their migration registration.
